2. Orders & Payments All orders must be placed with valid details and are subject to approval.

Prices are subject to market fluctuations and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Payments must be made via bank transfer, letter of credit (L/C), or other approved methods before shipment.

3. Quality & Inspection We ensure that all materials supplied meet the agreed specifications.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4. Shipping & Delivery We provide both domestic and international shipping based on agreed timelines.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Returns & Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect shipments, subject to verification.

6. Hazardous Waste Handling We are authorized by the Pollution Control Board to handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Clients must ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations when dealing with hazardous waste.

7. Liability & Indemnification Metal Care Alloys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Clients agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the improper use of our materials.

8. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Metal Care Alloys and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality We respect client confidentiality and do not share personal or business information with third parties, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Indian courts.
